Seems likely it is hitting the park where they hold the Potato Festival on the 4th of July. I have attended several times. That festival is a big deal for the city and the surrounding communities. They've invested a LOT into the park.

It's crossing the path of the 2011 storm now. I know that area well, traverse it at least once a year for my annual family reunion in Scottsboro and Pisgah. You can still see the damage from 2011 to this day.
