Looks like it weakened a fair amount just before entering town. Still strong but nowhere near what it was earlier.

This tornado might have just wiped Barnsdall off the map, and 10 mins later they downgrade the TORE as it makes a direct hit with a pretty big town. I don't care if it's cycling or weakening, I think you have to keep the TORE.
Tornado emergencies aren't usually downgraded even if the tornado is cycling. It's usually standard procedure to keep it in place until you're confident the tornado has lifted.

Not sure if debris, but there is an area on CC above the tornado visible from KTWX which would put it at 35kft.

Wasn't it that cell that produced the Old Kingston, AL EF3 in January 2023 that continued producing strong tornadoes for quite some time after it got munched by the line, into western Georgia? The Keota, IA cell of March 31 was similar; the initial "catch-up" of the line induced a cycle that produced the Amish-Frytown EF0, then it became fully embedded yet produced 2 EF2s across and northeast of the Iowa City metro.
