Agreed. From what I can interpret, the Waynoka cell is trying to organize but can't pick up the necessary shear to put a tornado down right now.

So far its looks like Oklahoma my produce 3-5 dominate super cells that could go nuts in the next couple hours. I still think the tornado threat is relatively low for the next hour or so, but if they stay discrete until about 6:00, it could get ugly.

News 9 has great views from their helicopter coverage. I'm thinking it's more likely the Mutual cell produces a tornado than the Waynoka cell at this point. The Mutual cell has a massive hook and really well defined velocity couplet right now.
