Reed has got to be more smart or else he could very well become a statistic from storm chasing. Hope he knows now that his Dominator isn't invincible.

He definitely has a good grasp on what he can and cannot intercept with his vehicles. In the videos where he chased 4/27/2011 and caught the Philadelphia tornado, he repeatedly communicated to his team that they weren't getting anywhere near that thing no matter what, and for damn good reason. He's definitely got a little reckless in him, but still rational. You have to be if you want to do what he does.
