We don't usually see them issued for half a county at a time, but yes? The area is quite thoroughly populated.

Right - Huntsville is the largest city in the state and Madison county is second largest county (population wise). The tornado is on video - I'm not familiar with what radar parameters warrant a tornado emergency but how would this not?

I really don't like the fact that it's got a nudger. It doesn't seem like it's in a favorable position to intensify the tornado, but we'll see.
