It's kind of worded like an uncertain mid-high end MDT. The fact that a tornado outbreak was mentioned rings some alarm bells.

Quite surprised they tugged the tornado probs down south to cover the DFW metro. Parameters are still off the charts there, though depending on model not as strong in comparison to further north. Seems to be less certainty about convection there.
