lots of blue skies to my west, creeping this way. that rapid recovery will be no joke
Poking around at some forecasted point soundings via the GFS model, immediately picked up on some of the Sounding Analogs (SE IN last night but more shifted to west central OH this morning) being Catoosa 1993 and Palm Sunday 1965. Not saying we will see anything of that caliber today, but yikes.

I'm shocked the watch does not include Georgia. This system isn't going to make the turn as sharply as they think.
Already have a Tornado Warning out in northern Indiana. Gonna be a long day

Looks like that tornado warning is also slightly west and outside of the 2% tornado probability contour too!
I’m burning up. 97 degrees 19 miles south of Nashville. Instability is insane.
Nashville is on the precipice of 4,000-5,000 CAPE. I'm not envying the heat and humidity you're probably feeling.

Marginal risk in Georgia has been extended eastward to include my area. The slight risk includes areas north and west of Atlanta.

New svr watch includes areas northwest of Atlanta and central Alabama. Also Starting to see weakening on east side of the MCS and further development west consistant with a "turn" so to speak.
