* Tornado Warning for...
Northern Perry County in central Alabama...
Southeastern Bibb County in central Alabama...
* Until 1245 PM CST.
* At 1203 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located near Marion, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Brent, Marion, Centreville, Talladega National Forest, Heiberger,
West Centreville, Randolph, Trio, Morgan Springs, Folsom, Ellards
and Bibb County Airport.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

And look at that… a TOR just to the SW of Calera, AL….If you're a betting man, put your money on a tornado warning in Calera, Alabama later. Seems like every storm in that area goes crazy near Calera.
Its almost automatic over there. I have a friend that lives in Calera and we joke about it everytime a storm enters Alabama.And look at that… a TOR just to the SW of Calera, AL….
