The rotation as you go up with height is still decent. And the hook appendage is elongating. Little Rock needs to look out!

It seems like this happens with storms close to the radar.

It was organizing pretty well at the mid levels prior to reaching Little Rock. But I think it hit some stable air and was never able to fully translate the rotation all the way down.
