A little, the severe cluster really came together to my east but at least it didnt miss entirely again lol

It looks like there's a lot more developing upstream though. Day got very interesting

Dang, we got pummeled in Shelby Co by a storm that developed ahead of the main deal!
Winds easily 40-50mph, deluge rain and intense lightning.

Well, my plan to intercept "Faora" in Rabun County fizzled. She made a left turn and headed to Greenville, SC.

70-80mph winds not too far off the surface inbetween Talladega and Waldo. Some of that will mix down.

We won’t see near the coverage today. The trough over the Plains is pushing east shifting the ridge more over the Southeast (I.e., subsidence). I suspect we might have some isolated severe storms but nothing like yesterday.
