From OUN:
Mesoscale Update: Today's initial development produced a 'complex' of splitting supercells. Tornado threat remains with the southern right movers over western north Texas, and the sw- to west-central Oklahoma component is now mostly a wind/hail threat with predominant left movers. More isolated but severe storms are now developing in northwestern Oklahoma. The environment ahead of the current storms is becoming increasingly favorable for tornado threats. CAMs have shown evidence throughout the day of robust supercells emerging by sunset from the area of southwest OK/Red River valley area of western north Texas and presenting a risk of strong tornadoes as they move east over south-central Oklahoma this evening. We will monitor for evidence of that potential, as well as storm evolution as moisture continues to improve in advance of the storms now developing over northwestern Oklahoma.
