That storm near atlanta is really impressive about 5k feet off the radar, and could tighten up in the suburbs. Quite worried about this one. @WesL Should this go ahead and go live?

Today is also the practice rounds for the Masters in Augusta. Even if no tornadoes touch down near Augusta today, the threat of lightning and large hail will make it unsafe to be on the golf course today.

With storms essentially training over the Interstate 59 corridor right now in Alabama, I wonder if the atmosphere will recover in that area for the afternoon that could mitigate the risk? Or if a boundary could form which could enhance the risk?

I know morning convection was always in the forecast, and the overall look seems about on track... but my backyard has gotten 2 inches which is more than was expected so I wonder what impact that will have on for later today.
