What a weird day today. The vicinity of Memphis, TN, into Arkansas and northern Mississippi continues to look like the main focus for overnight QLCS tornado potential. A pretty definitive *word that rhymes with crust* in the main risk area, though I'm still concerned that storms in the Midsouth could put out some nasty things. Looking at this setup from afar up until the day of has been a very weird experience. Mother nature is a strange and fickle thing, but this was particularly perplexing to watch unfold. As others have pointed out, it's a shame that we're facing issues with things like WFO balloon launches, considering the data they can provide for days like these.

The site issues (this isn’t aimed at you @MichelleH) are getting pretty tiresome. I don’t want to come across as ungrateful or whining, but this has been a solid issue now for months with the cloudfare errors. Now it’s moved to general sluggishness and image attachment functionality gone. I’d appreciate if the technical mods at least gave us more heads up and were more interactive on this.

No, you're completely right - it's exhausting how often the site simply doesn't function. And outside of what WesL has (thankfully) done I've seen no indication it's actually being worked on. I have never been on a forum this buggy.

I really thought that the Poplar Bluff storms were going to look better when they got closer to the radars, but no. They look like slop. Today was a prime example of a true bust.
