If it has kept a damper on storms around North TX, that makes me worry for the overnight hours.

And I don't know if things would have gotten better if the cap were to erode early.

* At 341 PM CDT, a large and extremely dangerous tornado was located
near Rhineland, moving northeast at 25 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,

destruction is possible.

Seymour, Munday, Goree, Red Springs, Vera, Rhineland, and Bomarton.
