For Braman, yes. Just looked it up and Braman is an hour North of Enid, so I doubt they made it to the Enid Tor.

Just heard back from my buddy at Vance AFB. He is shook up but ok. Said it was huge and passed very close to him. No word on damage at the base

Glad he's safe. I have to say I'd probably be too shaken up to respond for a while afterwards if I was in his position.

Reminds me of Wynnwood and Chickasaw.

You know, for years I felt weird, even sort of guilty, about being so interested in tornadoes, being amazed to see them, finding them beautiful. But I think there's something about the contrast of horror and devastation with beauty and grace that's just inherently captivating, that appeals to some instinct deep in our minds and makes it hard for us to look away. And I think this is one of the photos that really sums that up.

News 9 latest, they're trying to get confirmation on injuries, and they still have not heard ANYTHING in regards to fatalities...so far so good.
