Severe WX Severe Weather Threat 3/14-3/16

If the weather radar I was working with only updated every six to eight minutes, I'd be struggling to issue warnings too.

(I'm sorry, I had to mention how much their radar sucks. Not only does it make it incredibly frustrating to follow the storms from a weather enthusiast's POV, but it's also incredibly dangerous for the people who rely on timely warning dissemination.)
I will say it is insane that in the year of our lord 2025, it is simply inexcusable to still have weather radars that take five plus minutes to update.

To say I've been busy and dodging tornadoes today is an understatement.

Still haven’t broke 60 deg DP imby
The same. I'm right next to the Georgia line in Cherokee County, and today, the dewpoint has held steady at around 55-57 degrees Fahrenheit. No sun here today, either. Not saying I'm brushing off the threat, but it at least has me feeling slightly better. We had originally planned to go to Birmingham for an event tonight. Needless to say, I'm thankful I talked my wife out of it.

I’m not writing anything off, but we need serious waa and fast if something will materialize in Athens.
Just hope that your area ends up being spared from the violence that's currently being unleashed today.

More little showers are firing out ahead of this current column of tornadic supercells. Could be trouble. I've just kind of been staring at the active ones because they just keep raking over the same areas - an unfortunate implication of northward-moving storms.
