are you saying you think there will be storms that fire behind the current line that we have? i am highly skeptical of that. if that is what you are banking on for violent tornadoes, then i definitely think we are doing better.

i think it is pretty clear the cells firing ahead of the line are going to be the source of the long track violent tornadoes, if they do in fact occur.

No. The only thing that’s really going to mitigate the threat will be storm mode, which you can see has happened in northern Mississippi.

The morning storms aren't a factor across central Mississippi and Alabama, but closer to Tennessee they are, just depends on where you are.

what? i'd argue virtually every met agrees with me, that the cells ahead of the line that are firing now will be the source of our biggest problems.

where are all these mets that think the line working through mississippi is going to fade away and leave CAPE in its wake and that is where the storms are going to fire? that's some weird and completely unsupported doomsday wishcasting if you ask me.
