It looks like the boundary near Fayette, AL matches up to the 1500 j/kg contour on mesoanalysis
I think I got hazelton confused with someone at the SPC. Regardless, questions remain and some of the questions today were not questions yesterday.Agreed. do you care to link those? Was it Marsh or Bentley?
Looks to be aiming to miss both of those towns thankfully based on the track.Hoping it’ll split the uprights between Isola and Belzoni but if that’s what we’re getting out of the morning QLCS this is gonna be a long day
I’m not going to clog up the thread debating this mid outbreak but watches with those probabilities have come up well short of expectations before. Not downplaying the threat just saying that anyone speaking in certainty’s about what today will bring isnt basing it in fact. There are always failure modes. That doesn't mean anything is 'downtrending'. SPC just literally issued a PDS watch with 95/95 probabilities.
Suns trying to break through here in Guntersville .BMX met mentioned in areas where the cloudcover is lingering, it won't be a hindrance much at all.
pretty sure that’s exactly what the supercell did last night.Hoping it’ll split the uprights between Isola and Belzoni but if that’s what we’re getting out of the morning QLCS this is gonna be a long day
I'm personally anxious to see the next BMX AFD.Waiting to see if JAN & BMX do a special sounding. That cap has to be gone in Mississippi.
Brad arnold from the MS tornado that occured late last night
I think it’s too far away from the nearest radar site to effectively pick up CCs from a TDS.
