Franklin Arkansas appears to have taken a hit from a very significant and long-lived tornado. Next up in the path is Ash Flat and Cherokee Village, both in Arkansas.

The STL storms seem to be outflow dominant. Now we look to S. MO and Little Rock

Possibly, but these storms in particular have a history of being rapid cyclers. The RFD surges out and occludes the old tornado but a new one quickly spins up.
