The Oklahoma storm appears like it might be weakening slightly on reflectivity, could be large or the reason it hasn’t planted yet. I’ll be interesting to watch over the next 30 minutes or so and see if it weakens or maintains.

TBF if the hail wanes that actually means that the tornado threat could increase significantly. Cameron Nixon mentioned that a lot of hail setups and tornado setups do not correlate and are often at odds with eachother. The Oklahoma storm appears like it might be weakening slightly on reflectivity, could be large or the reason it hasn’t planted yet. …….welp
Interestingly, NWS doesn't seem convinced. No upgrade to observed. No CC drop either - considering this cell isn't in a radar hole, debris signature should be clear as day if it's down.Corey Gerken has a cone tornado down on his stream!
I’m not sold on it long term, but we’ll see. It just can’t totally get its act togetherLifted, but as time goes on I think this storm is gonna behave similarly to the Plevna one, with each tornado getting stronger until we have cyclical strong-violent wedges.
I'd agree but I remember Plevna doing similar before it went insane. Started with a bunch of lethargic tornadoes before it ramped up, I could be wrong though.I’m not sold on it long term, but we’ll see. It just can’t totally get its act together
I have been watching it on the Springfield radar and it’s been shrinking for about the past 30 minutes. I’m not saying it’s dying but I’m also not saying it isn’t.I'd agree but I remember Plevna doing similar before it went insane.
