AT 715 PM EDT, A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES EAST OF
RUSSELLVILLE, OR 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF VINCENNES, MOVING EAST AT 35
MPH.

HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO.

SOURCE...RADAR CONFIRMED TORNADO.

Croff had various extremely weak tornadoes on various smaller cells before that one.
I find it hard to believe half of those were tors. The first one was legitimately one or two leaves floating in the air. He's been weird when reporting stuff today which isn't like him. I do think after that though, stuff was a bit more believable. Subtornadic circulations should be messaged correctly by chasers and media alike.
