Posting guidelines were decided a few years ago. Each event gets its own thread :)

As you can imagine, during severe weather events the information comes quick. Our severe weather threads quickly become a great clearinghouse for information including warnings, storm reports, radar information and other interesting information.

With all this information, screen space becomes a premium, especially if you are on a mobile device. Going forward we are asking everyone to work to uphold the following guidelines.

1. Watch or Warning information:
When posting warning or watch information, please only paste the relevant portions. There is no need to post the entire...

PLEASE READ Thread 'Vote on a new policy concerning severe weather threads'

Good day everyone.

In the past few weeks, we tested a new concept of allowing long-term threads for multiple events (i.e. last half of April). Several of you have spoken out against this with some very valid reasons around being able to go back and find information from an event quickly. With this in mind, I ask you to vote and provide feedback on the proposed policy below for Severe Weather Threads. We will leave voting open for 5 days from the time of this post.

You’re good. Some us wondered the same. He returned a month or 2 ago I think and I made a deal of it.

Not sure exactly where to post this, but since it's dealing with severe weather, I guess here is the right place. This is just half of the many weather data gathering projects I'm either currently working on or have done (Spreadsheets, Word Doc, PowerPoint). This is just the PDS Watches. I'm currently working on the regular severe watches spreadsheet. I plan on putting this as well as other projects/my weather photography pictures all on a website in the future.
