from multiple radars there seems to be a velocity couplet with a cc drop , its strangly on the north side of the cell , radars are far from it however....
there are chasers on the east and south side but none on the north side yet.

I am just shocked at the number of significant tornadoes this far. Catching up to 2024.

These storms are right where I took that sounding earlier and are already showing some messy rotation at higher tilts.

The rotation is getting lower with every scan. I'm guessing they'll start looking real scary in the next 15 minutes or so.

I agree with it too. Models are all predicting a pretty good string of troughs around the 5th or 6th ejecting right over the plains. The only thing they aren't really agreeing about is north/south which is leading to stuff like this on the gfs (6/4 06z). Both the euro and the gfs are modeling a weird depression off the coast of baja california which might mess with things.
