Dang, yesterday had like 3-4 large tornadoes? And a PDS on a 5%.

Anywho, today looks similar, but we will see if the panhandle magic comes into play today.

I honestly thought 2024 was gonna be hard to beat in terms of tornado pictures and videos, but 2025 has been absolutely insane so far.

This is probably one of if not the best photos I've seen that is weather related. Capturing the whole supercell with the tornado at the bottom of it looking like it's tiny is amazing.

Fair signals on a variety of models suggesting some severe threat for the Southern half of the US at the very end of the month into the first week of May. Ensemble guidance agreement is weak but there seems to be a slight signal for something in that time frame.

Kinda annoyed with how this tornado is getting “hyped” as a strong/violent EF3+ tornado when we haven’t seen a single picture of damage from it. Also, just based on the things I’ve heard on this forum, Jordan Hall needs to chill out when it comes to what he says while chasing.

EDIT: Despite me saying this, I am very impressed with the motion on the videos of this thing. I just dislike the jumping-the-gun mentality.

I trust Gabe more than Hall so idk. Hard to tell when structures aren’t hit but you can look at the motion I guess and this one has the looks of violent, especially toward the end of video
