the folks at KXII in Sherman, TX have a radar near the Kingston, OK area and are convinced that there is a tornado on the ground. Hard to get a great read from the NWS radars.

That's gotta be on the ground. NWS just confirmed it. Besides that, you don't get that textbook of a debris ball signature on base reflectivity without having some touchdown.
