I have zero doubt in my mind that tornado was of EF5 intensity. The ground scarring was tremendous, and the roar and motion was comparable to other plains tornadoes we've seen in recent years.

I'll be honest, the car crash wasn't necessarily Reed's fault (Dominator was backing out and Croff drove directly behind it, which Reed couldn't control) but he shouldn't have been blocking the road like that anyways.
