I think it’s 78/61 judging by the SPC’s mesoscale analysis page and storm chasers’ live temp readings

That is genuinely one of the widest tornadoes I have ever seen. I’m not even kidding.

I guess violent tornadoes occur with dewpoints in the low 50s. 68.0°F/51.0°F in Ashby, NE.
