Yep, CIPS really picked up on this period in general. CIPS probs are also really active for that period, and are also generally really active through both mid and long range.
Meanwhile the state of California has had 7 Tornado Warnings issued thus far this month. Astounding given we've just started March. The last March that had 7 tornado warnings was 1998.

Another sneaky Midwest potential cropped up tomorrow, with 2% tornado probability over S. WI/N. IL on the updated SWODY2. Environment should be decent, but it's going to be conditional (as it is so often) on getting discrete initiation out ahead of the cold front.
