Tornado earlier today in Murfreesboro.

The NWS has surveyed the storm and gave that tornado an EF0 rating:

Summary:

A small, weak EF-0 tornado moved through Murfreesboro, also impacting the Middle Tennessee State University. Main damage was large tree branches down, with some trees uprooted. Minor structural damage was noted at the stadium, including some siding material off of one of the buildings and some gate/fencing damage. This is also where the viral video of the trailer being blown around with the tornado was seen. The tornado began just east of Memorial Boulevard, continued east-southeast towards MTSU, and ended southeast of campus on Copper Hollow Drive. This is the first known tornado in Rutherford County during the month of July on record.

Intensifying tropical storm Debby has several circulations in the band approaching the Tampa Bay area. CC drops on two of them and no radar confirmed upgrades to the warnings as of yet..??? One CC drop is currently over Limestone FL.

I'm thinking there could be a few tornadoes with supercells over SW-SC Minneosta this afternoon/evening. Unfortunately for me, and has seemed to have been the theme this year, this setup came together just out of my range for a workday afternoon chase. Any discrete cells that fire over southern WI look to remain elevated.
