Thanks man! Somewhat off-topic for this thread, but in my international tornado research I've uncovered that New York, Germany and Austria have all experienced some of their most violent recorded tornadoes on this date (Schoharie, NY in 1989, though the rating is disputed, Pforzheim, Germany in 1968, and Wiener Neustadt, Austria in 1916).

Welp, that came out of nowhere. Definitely not a huge debris sig though, so it's pretty clear that some WFO's have their own set of guidelines for what can warrant a PDS warning.
