Tornado in Ilirska Bistrica, Slovenia a couple days ago.


Four homes had their roofs completely torn off, though the roofs were not particularly well constructed, so a T3 (high end F1) rating was assigned.

Would also love to see Petra Mršnik's full video of the tornado:

The NWS Dodge City radar is about as reliable as my truck. Got it back from the shop this past Tuesday, only for the engine to stall again at two different stoplights on the way home from work yesterday. Has to go back in on Monday, much like Dodge City's radar is broken again even though it just broke on July 17.

My mother just sent me a message saying she can't get to her home from work. There are trees down from a storm in Smithville that are keeping her from getting home. She doesn't know if it was a tornado or a straight line wind.
