That's like one of those descriptions out of tornadoes from older Storm Data or Monthly Weather Review reports, where someone implies that it wasn't 'on the ground' saying instead it was 'at treetop level'. As I mentioned with respect to the 27 April 2011 Trenton tornado, what actually counts as a path break after which it's a new tornado? Can tornadoes skip again? This is interesting.
What I'm curious about is was it still doing damage during that time? Because funnels can decondense, but a lack of damage in that area would in fact mean it lifted. That's like one of those descriptions out of tornadoes from older Storm Data or Monthly Weather Review reports, where someone implies that it wasn't 'on the ground' saying instead it was 'at treetop level'. Glad they upgraded this one because the structural+contextual damage is certainly indicative of EF4 winds.First EF4 di’s added to the London tornado. But for damage nearer to somerset. Between the two towns.
One of the subdivisions that got hit that is west of I75 in London are still without DIs. I’ll be interested to see if those yield any additional EF4 damage points if they upload them.Glad they upgraded this one because the structural+contextual damage is certainly indicative of EF4 winds.
They will, the explicitly said in their PNS that they found EF4 damage in the Sunshine Hills subdivision. One of the subdivisions that got hit that is west of I75 in London are still without DIs. I’ll be interested to see if those yield any additional EF4 damage points if they upload them.
They said they are still finalizing dozen’s of DI’s from that area. So It’s still in a wip state. One of the subdivisions that got hit that is west of I75 in London are still without DIs. I’ll be interested to see if those yield any additional EF4 damage points if they upload them.
I’m very impressed with the London survey. It’s very well done and executed.More di’s are being added to the London tornado once again.
And they are taking their time with it, definitely another thing you love to seeI’m very impressed with the London survey. It’s very well done and executed.
