Stressful day... had the Pelham tornado pass a mile and a half north of where my mother and brother live and then thought the the 2nd long track tornado was going to head straight for family in sylacauga.

any reports of injuries/fatalities from the more violent 2nd tornado?

I don’t think that’s a legit TDS by the looks of it, but that Clanton cell is right on the verge of dropping something serious. Velocity showing very intense inflow,

Couplet isn't super tight, could honestly go either way on a tornado warning at the moment. Could put something big down at any time though, ingesting cells from the S like we've seen immediately before big ones in the past

Impressive inflow, RFD surge beginning, curling on reflectivity, ingesting another cell from the south. Everything points toward this being bad news.
