Honestly this is where a lot of folks make the mistake of getting too hung up on the wrong thing. I implore you to not consider your plans based off whether or not you are under a high risk technically or a moderate.What are the chances of the high risk being expanded northward to include the northern most AL counties?
I am presently at UAB Med West in Bessemer...we have had some torrential rains and some stout winds as well but so far “all is quiet on the western front”. Edit: There is some pretty high water around the hospital.
