Several Tornado Warnings this morning from Mississippi and into Alabama. the NWS just issued another one for Mobile.

WASHINGTON COUNTY...

At 146 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 5 miles west of McIntosh, or 14 miles southeast of
Chatom, moving north at 30 mph.

Quite a strong signature on this one.

Tornado Warning is in effect in Clarke and Washington Counties in AL until 245 PM

Maybe a few indications of debris on CC.

Wiggins, moving north at 25 mph.

I just saw that in Mississippi. It is going to be rough afternoon in Southern Mississippi and Southern Alabama

Commas for days.... No reports yet but I would suspect that cell in Mobile Bay has a waterspout.

A SECOND Tornado Warning for a different cell for Greene County Mississippi. Pretty strong signature.

Richton, moving north at 40 mph.

These storms will need to be monitored as they move into Central Alabama.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

NORTHWESTERN MOBILE COUNTY...

At 442 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was located 4 miles east of Wilmer, or 13 miles west of Saraland, moving
north at 35 mph.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible.
