Severe WX March 30th- April 1st 2023 (South, Southeast, Ohio Valley, Upper Midwest)

I’m probably calling it a night. Been watching since 2pm from north AL. Looks like everything will be linear by the time they arrive here. Alarm set for 3:30am to check in on radar though. Stay safe everyone

This may be one of the higher-end tornadoes of the day

It's been a long day. Everyone is going to be on a short fuse. While I can't tell him this, I wish I could. Don't take it personally and don't assume the worst. You're exhausted and so are they, so it's going to be easy to talk past each other (and be hurt by that).
That's great advice.
I had something similar happen to me when I was in the Marine Corps back in the early 80s.
When you and the people you're dealing with are tired and have short fuses, you have to step back, take a deep breath, and regroup.
We were helping people sandbag their homes in Southern California and some of those homeowners were treating us like crap.
