It's been noisy, but given VROT and damage reports, we can safely assume an intense tornado is ongoing.
Oh yeah, TDS now. MEG should've already had that as a confirmed tornado.

He’s in Sullivan, IL. Basically said there was a lot of “tension” in the town and I don’t think their offers to help we’re being received very well

It's been a long day. Everyone is going to be on a short fuse. While I can't tell him this, I wish I could. Don't take it personally and don't assume the worst. You're exhausted and so are they, so it's going to be easy to talk past each other (and be hurt by that).

The NWS in Huntsville expects SPC to extended the TOR Watch in NW AL eastward by midnight.
