Severe WX March 30th- April 1st 2023 (South, Southeast, Ohio Valley, Upper Midwest)

Hopefully the Byhalia cell takes a chill pill for a while. CAMs suggest this activity congeals into a QLCS but honestly am really impressed by how spaced out things are right now.

The radar to me is slightly reminiscent of the beginnings of the Quad state and Rolling forks supercells... not to suggest anything like that will necessarily occur, especially since the window for the favourable environment is smaller, but given we get a couple more mergers and things consolidate we could be looking at an intense tornado imho.

Information about the roof collapse at the Apollo theater.

That Mississippi supercell is actually pretty close to the track to the 21 March 1952 F4 in Byhalia, MS/Moscow, TN that was originally the first "official" F5 before being downgraded.
