As it tends to frequently be, the radar at Monroe LA will be very handy to fill the notorious radar gap for E LA/SW MS events and should be bookmarked if you don't have radar software that loads it in already

This video is almost comical! It was apparently a 16 year old kid and he was ok, and some chasers let him borrow a phone to call his parents. Good thing it's on video, because I don't know if anyone would have believed him.
