Early December Surprise Winter Storm (2 Viewers)

Up to 3/8" accumulation of snow here in Decatur, GA.

This storm is WAY over performing. And now ..they are releasing schools here in ATL. I hope this isn't "Groundhog Day".

Now just under an inch here in Decatur, GA. Roads are slushy, but the 2WD vehicles I saw didn't have trouble making it up the hill in front of my house.

Wow what a nice snow. Could not ask for anything better. I think we are at 2 inches now on grass. Roads are snow covered now too. This is a great day time snow.

We got almost 3 inches here in Hanceville, AL. A very pretty snow for anytime of the season =)

It's been pouring here for a while. No end in sight. Had to come into work but we've easily got 4-5" on the ground.

Power was off for 4 or 5 hours but it's back on!! 5 inches y'all in Pelham!! WhooHoo (I'll whoo and hoo as long as I keep power!!)!!

Got 5 inches of snow here in Anniston. The models were correct about this storm. Very happy since I love snow!

Wow. Nice amounts in Anniston. It started off good here and now is all rain. All the snow that has fallen is melting. Sucks, but oh well. At least I got to see some heavy snow falling. There should be another round coming in later too.

Heaviest snow of the day!! Huge flakes and already an extra 3/4 inch accumulation in the last 30 mins. Wow!

wow this band over NW atlanta is awesome. It just keeps pouring down. Huge flakes! Might be some of the biggest I have ever seen.

Some of the rates with the snow today were crazy. Ended with about 1-2"
