Went to bed at 10, woke up at 12:15 to thunder. Gotta love Mississippi this time of year. Trying to get a good night’s sleep is basically just a suggestion more than anything else
True @Clancy I’m just always concerned in Dixie with overnight …Reflectivity shows a protruding segment, which could become tornadic. Never trust a bulge in the line!

Kind of looks like the never ending winter will have one more go at us though. Cold hurts some of us.Thankfully after tomorrow, there will be no severe weather imminent for a long time. These states will have time to recover and catch their breath which is the one thing they need right now.
It’s been such a wild couple of weeks of weather and I can’t even imagine how exhausted some people are with it.
SPC in day 1 did say greater tornado potential could develop conditional on heating..CSU's probabilities coming in with a 10% risk for tornadoes across a corridor of Alabama and Georgia, and a 30% damaging wind risk.
