To reiterate what a couple others have said, this structure is less than ideal for strong, long-lived tornado ---> the meso is wrapped up in the core, see the VIL all around it instead of to the north.

The rotation south of it near Thaxton is also starting to look concerning.

Cells to the south and west (as another poster mentioned a few min ago) are starting to rotate and get kinks to them. This may not be over for New Albany.

Seems like the meso to the north has been finally chocked off by the precip filled RFD to the south and is occluding.

Seems to me a new meso is developing to the south, much more favorable position, yet to be seen if it works out.
