Is this in a radar hole, or is it just hitting absolutely nothing? Confusing CC drop with a hook as pronounced as this.
Fortunately this is just velocity dealiasing errors and not actual values. The actual NROT values are closer to 2.3-2.4-ish on this next scan. This meso handoff is definitely producing a significant tornado soon.

Original rotation was tracking toward the south edge of New Albany, new one will affect the western and northern portions of the city.

PDS tornado warning extended now
The tornado lifted but the new meso handoff may touch down any moment now and will probably be very intense. NROT values over 2.5 on it.

IMO, it’s highly unlikely to have a matador situation in Dixie. Dixie tornadoes usually always show their true strength on radar with how much stuff there is too hit.
There's no debris signature. The only lower CC values are associated with lower reflectivity.

Got quicker fingers then me lmao
On the ground according to Brad Arnold via Ryan Hall's stream. No CC drop on the latest scan (just before what he said) but there's no area of low reflectivity now which likely means the tornado is ready to drop a beast. Rotation is very very strong.
