Severe WX April 3-6 Severe weather

00Z CAM suite. All except NAM (lol) suggest a fairly robust threat for at least damaging winds, and probably spin-up tornadoes as a robust MCS/QLCS moves through on Sunday. Will be unique for Georgia in being a middle-of-the-day event. Will need to be watched, and could foresee an upgrade to enhanced for parts of the region for Sunday if trends continue.

Love how the updrafts are all around the Memphis metro, but never in the city of Memphis.

I'm starting to believe the crystal skull at the top of the Pyramid and the bluffs really do save Memphis from severe weather. (/s)

Admittedly have not looked at models because I've had a hectic week, but based on this alone that 10% hatched needs a HUGE expansion.
