Well...That really escalated quickly.

Not sure if I've ever seen a supercell go from literally nothing to "confirmed tornado" in the span of about 20 minutes. This environment is no joke.

The convection bubbling up to the cell's SW could cause everything to congeal/cluster up pretty quickly... but we'll have to see

It just intensified/tightened noticeably on the 1957Z scan. Bad timing too as it's getting close to the densely populated I-35 corridor.

Yeah that velocity is something you usually only see on strong tornadoes

Still no TDS thankfully, but if one does pop up it's gonna be NASTY
