No doubt! There is damage in Chattooga County from the previous storm. Lyerly to Trion.

They are really rolling the dice with that one. To be fair though, I haven’t seen a TDS with that cell yet.

The lightning is INSANE in Tuscaloosa. still a lot of instability to work with.

This appears to have 80 mph straight line winds. The SPC missed this mark in PDS TW 110.

Finally a TOR for Carbon Hill. Lyerly, GA cell is weakening a bit; FCC never issued a tornado warning. Better hope nothing touched down there.

Additionally, I'm seeing more damage reports out of Chattooga, Whitfield, and Walker counties in NW GA. No injuries, however.

Looks like we're transitioning to a more QLCS type of event with embedded tornadoes. Still very dangerous and nobody should let their guards down. There could still be some significant severe weather with the dynamics in play

I would expect those cells in LA now to stay a bit more discrete if the HRRR guidance has anything to say about it.
