Are the courts right 100% of the time? Show me the constitution where the government is free of religion?
Well, since, according to the establishment clause, govt can’t enhance or establish a religion, it has to be free of religion. Which religion would the constitution and the govt of the US favor?

I think you need to reread the establishment clause. Government cannot regulate, establish or dictate what religion does or does not do. The government is not free from religious ideals as the government can be run by a Christian or a Muslim, or any person of any religion should the people elect said, person. While the constitution does not mention God directly, the Declaration of Independence is just as crucial to the United States as the Constitution.

“WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT, THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, THAT THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, THAT AMONG THESE ARE LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.”

Who is the creator if it is not God? Who is Thomas Jefferson referring to? If the government cannot mention God or have anything to do with God, why is God found in not only this Declaration but in most constitutions of the states?

Alabama:
We, the people of the State of Alabama, in order to establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, invoking the favor and guidance of Almighty God, do ordain and establish the following Constitution and form of government for the State of Alabama:

California:
We, the People of the State of California, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, in order to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution.

Illinois:
We, the People of the State of Illinois — grateful to Almighty God for the civil, political and religious liberty which He has permitted us to enjoy and seeking His blessing upon our endeavors

I could go on and on and on. But according to your interpretation of the establishment clause and what liberal judges have said, none of that would be permissible.

You didn’t answer my question.

I don’t know what to think about the FBI searching Mar a Lago. It seems excessive if they are just wanting some presidential documents back. Was a subpoena tried? Did they ASK for them? What’s the real story?

They better make sure it’s a slam dunk whatever it was about. If they have the goods on him, lock him up.

I actually think this is a bigger deal in the big picture if this turns up nothing than if it does

I’m with you 100%. The FBI has to understand the implications of not getting this right.

The FBI has become a LIberal pawn. They do their dirty work, take all the punishment for it, and then act like the blocker to try and protect the king. If you don't see it, then nothing I can say or do will assist in changing your mind.
