On May 24, 2010 (the same day as the (in)famous Faith, SD EF2) an F3 tornado hit the German towns of Mühlberg and Großenhain. Trees were downed in wide swaths, homes had their roofs torn off, vehicles/farm equipment were tossed, an apartment building sustained severe superficial and roof damage, and large masonry buildings partially collapsed. One person was killed by this tornado.

One of the most recent intense tornadoes in Australia is the 2013 Mulwala tornado. This tornado is listed as an EF4 by one source but most other sources list it as an EF3. Farm machinery was thrown and mangled, numerous hardwood trees were snapped/denuded with some being debarked, caravans were tossed, cabins were turned over, frame homes were severely damaged and a hut was swept clean.

So apparently this video attributed to the Tuba City, AZ EF3 could actually be the Guaraciaba tornado? I can't even be sure of that as the upload date is 2014, but it is possible if the language being spoken in the background is Portugese.

I don’t think it is Guaraciaba as it was rainwrapped and occurred in the late evening, possibly after sunset.

Honestly I can't even be 100% sure if what is shown in the video is a true tornado. Well since I don't speak Portugese maybe @gregassagraf can shed some light on this footage?
I know that the guaraciaba tornado happened at about 8pm. It would be nighttime by than! Since the atmosphere was so unstable at that time this is probably another tornado that went undocumented!

One of the most intense tornadic events to occur in Australian history were the Nov 14, 1901 Sulky Gully and Castlemaine tornadoes. These two tornadoes are not listed in the BoM database and remain obscure events.

Castlemaine Tornado (F3):
This short-lived but intense tornado moved through the suburbs of Wesley Hill and Chewton. A brick church was destroyed, large trees were uprooted and denuded, numerous homes were severely damaged with some of them being reportedly leveled, a “solid-looking” brick building was leveled to the ground, and a large church bell was reportedly carried 150 yards. At least 10 people were injured and one was killed.

Sulky Gully Tornado (F4):
This large, long-tracked, and violent tornado (possibly a family of 2 tornadoes) ripped a ~50 mile long and half-mile wide path from Weatherboard to 4 miles northeast of Coimadai. Starting at Weatherboard the tornado would move through farmland, destroying outbuildings and unroofing homes before moving into the settlement of Sulky Gully. In the settlement, many buildings were destroyed while two hotels were severely damaged. Debris from the village was carried over a half-mile. The tornado would continue its path of destruction through rural areas north of Ballan where peak intensity was likely reached. Many homes were reportedly leveled with at least one being swept away. At one farm, the 4-room homestead was completely swept away with articles of furniture being carried a half-mile, "you could scarcely tell that a building ever stood there." Many farming implements and machinery were thrown long distances and destroyed, a strong and heavy double-furrow plow was thrown 20-70+ yards and mangled, trees weren't snapped or uprooted were defoliated and denuded of large branches with some "having the appearance of being barked by a person," fences were stripped from the ground and sheet metal/bark fell both north and south of the tornado's path. The tornado then moved into Lerderderg State Park where an unoccupied home was leveled and numerous outbuildings were destroyed. The tornado dissipated somewhere in the park. 1 person was killed by flying debris while at least ~11 were injured.

A tornado that hit a military installation in Belarus on September 27, 2011
Military trucks were overturned, and others were damaged by flying debris. Some nearby buildings were severely damaged as well.

Also, I remember seeing another upload of this video from September 2009. I'm pretty sure that if this is indeed a tornado (probably, but the footage is just aneurysm worthy), it was probably part of the september 2009 outbreak. Unfortunately It seems the original upload was lost with time.

TornadoTalk says it's from the Tuba City, AZ tornado. They're pretty reliable so I'd go with them:
