I couldn’t find anything that says this is correct.

There was a Supreme Court case in 1898 regarding a Chinese man born in the states to persons who were in the country legally. He was granted citizenship by the USSC ruling. Lower courts upheld the decision to not confer citizenship. Fast forward to the 1960'2. A few Federal agancies and departments decided on their own the 14th amendment was not interpreted correctly so started granting citizen on their own. Trump, being in charge of the Federal bureaucracy can undo this with an executive order. We shall see.

I believe the 1898 ruling did in fact grant citizenship:

The Incarnation of Donald Trump. Some "christian" group is now giving Trump equal status as savior Jesus Christ. I'm sure he (Trump) is pleased. I predicted something like this could happen and now it has. I know this is a small isolated group but this is a product of the political radicalization that has begun to take a foothold in our nation from both the right and the left. As someone who believes in the Supreme Deity of Jesus, this to me is heresy. Wonder what the next step will be now?

Fox and NBC have pulled this ad because it is controversial. It may be but it hits home and tell the truth about democrats. Language warning.

Except that guy in the ad was deported under a democratic president, and released from jail by Arpaio's office. So it doesn't really tell the truth at all. In fact, it lies.

Abrams sponsored a bill in 2016 that would have forced confiscation of some models of so called "assault" weapons. I wonder what her reaction to this will be.

You don't expect the black panthers to support the white guy do you?

Brian Kemp has his own sleazy issues to worry about. He needs to stop abusing his power. She isn't a good candidate and he isn't either.

SNL should be ashamed for mocking a military veteran who lost an eye in his service to our country just because he is running as a conservative in an election in Texas. Pete Davidson never was funny anyway and now he is a disgrace and the show and it's producers should apologize. Terrible

Has there ever been a mid-term (or general) election where a party picked up a few seats in the Senate and lost a significant amount in the House? That's the "favored" outcome for today.

The Republicans have a lot of people retiring, which is good in my opinion. The dems have focused on these seats and have spent tons of money targeting them. It is an uphill battle for sure but based on what I witnessed at the voting place this morning we may be in for a few surprises tonight.
