Little early but who is ready for the second severe season?
I’ve been desperately scanning the CFS and GEFS for weeks looking for a pattern change
I'll settle for anything other than upper 90's and 100+ every day at this point.

Late heads up but corridor of supercells around the Staten Island vicinity and SE NY, specifically Albany should hold a isolated tornado threat.
While at times, there is mid level warming (By this, i mean warmer temperatures aloft at times), and a bit too much dry air, supercells could maintain and hold a tornado threat. Low level stretching may also aid too.

Lot's of severe weather potential from August 30th to September 3rd. Plenty of shear, helicity, and CAPE, but everyday features a ridiculously strong warm nose and cap, so who knows if anything will even convect. I'd imagine we'll see at least a couple spicy isolated supercells at some point, but it's impossible to say.
